MISSION: To CONNECT, DEVELOP & EMPOWER Naperville North students & athletes to advance skills that will improve sport performance and build a lifetime desire for health & wellness.
VISION: #WEWILL provide our student athletes the means by which they develop attitude, work ethic, mental toughness, discipline & pride in-self and total program.
PURPOSE: Do everything with H.E.A.R.T—”Be strong when you are weak, brave when you are scared, be humble when victorious. Be your best at getting better!”

Huskies Strength & Performance is committed to our Physical Education students and Huskies Athletics programs in educating all about the importance of Weight Training, Nutrition, Flexibility, Sleep and Recovery.
We work hard to apply scientific knowledge to train athletes for the primary goal of improving human performance and create a more healthful student-athlete. We will work with everyone to develop a plan to help you reach your personal goals. We conduct sport-specific testing sessions, design strength training programs, provide guidance regarding nutrition and implement injury prevention programs.

In training and athletics, highly developed character traits come to the surface. Things such as grit, humility, resilience, accountability, confidence, optimism and passion are the tools and the difference between good and great.
These approaches undoubtedly become a lifetime of importance. Such as our health, the habits, practices, and the mindset we develop now will serve as the sound foundation of everyday lives.

Option 3: 10:00 am - 12:00pm (S&C HS ONLY)
Option 4: 12:00 - 1:00pm (Youth (6-8th Grade)
